Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative UI/UX Designer with 3–4 years of experience in designing user-centric digital products and strong expertise in modern design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user behavior, usability principles, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually stunning interfaces.
As a core member of our design team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and data analysts to craft AI-enhanced user experiences that blend aesthetics with functionality. This is a high-impact role, offering the opportunity to shape the look, feel, and usability of our next-generation AI-driven applications while ensuring consistency, accessibility, and delight in every user interaction.
Responsibilities

Design user interfaces and experiences for web & mobile applications

Utilize AI-powered design tools (Uizard, Figma AI plugins, etc.)

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent UX across products

Create design systems, prototypes, and user flows to enhance experience
Must Have

2–4 years of UI/UX design experience in digital products

Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools

Strong understanding of user journey mapping and interaction design
- Experience in UX analytics and behavior-driven design
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail
