Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead – Python & AI with 4–5 years of backend development experience and strong expertise in AI/ML integration. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, have experience deploying models to production, and demonstrate strong leadership in guiding engineering teams.
As a core member of our team, you will collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and product designers to build and scale AI-driven automation solutions that power a seamless enterprise software experience. This is a high-impact role, offering the opportunity to own end-to-end technical delivery while mentoring junior engineers and shaping the future of our platform.
Responsibilities

Lead backend and AI/ML development.

Build and scale automation workflows.

Integrate AI/ML models into production systems.

Mentor junior engineers and enforce best practices.
- Own end-to-end delivery of technical features

Collaborate with product and design teams for seamless user experience.
Must Have

4–5 years of backend development experience, primarily with Python.

Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and deploying models to production.

Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and APIs (REST, GraphQL).

Experience with workflow automation or intelligent agents is a plus.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.
