Job Overview
We are looking for an AI Developer with 4–5 years of backend development experience and strong expertise in AI/ML integration. You’ll work closely with our global engineering team to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that power next-generation enterprise solutions.
This role is with INNOX, a global technology innovation company headquartered in Singapore, with offices in Hong Kong, Vietnam, and the UK. INNOX empowers businesses with AI-driven solutions that streamline processes and deliver lasting advantages.
Responsibilities

Lead backend and AI/ML development initiatives

Build and scale automation workflows and intelligent features

Integrate AI/ML models into production environments

Mentor junior developers and maintain code quality standards

Collaborate with product and design teams for seamless user experience
Must Have

4–5 years of backend development experience

Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)

Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL)

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Excellent problem-solving ability and an ownership mindset
